Note: This update will proceed without service interruption in Korea and Japan. The Korea bypass server will be temporarily suspended during the maintenance window.

- Windows OS (previously rolled back in 8.5.2; further developed/improved and included in 8.5.3)
- Improved RX Viewer remote control performance and added AV1 mode
- H/W encoder support (Windows / Mac common)
- RX Web Viewer development (for Windows / Mac agents)
- WebSSH development (browser-based Linux remote terminal)
- Mac to RemoteViewBOX2 file explorer development
- PIP (Picture-in-Picture) mode support for Android / iOS viewer
- Improved virtual mouse pointer behavior for Android / iOS (Chrome Remote Desktop-style movement)
- Separated remote approval permissions within usage request management, with higher-level approval support and a new notification feature
Improvements
- Refined SaaS & SSO integration specifications (SAML, docomo, Google, MS) — aligned differing SaaS/SSO specs in coordination with the Japan office
- Added custom firmware upload feature to the RVBox2 configuration site
- Changed pinch-zoom center point behavior on Android
- Changed indirect input method on mobile viewer (e.g., cursor repositioning)
Refactoring
- Refactored Admin Excel download / mail system
- Refactored Android (AOS) legacy code
Other Issue Improvements
- Various minor issue fixes
